Tropical Islands is conveniently accessible from the A13 motorway, located just 3 km away. The Brand Tropical Islands Train Station is 2.7 km from the resort. Admission to Tropical World and the Sauna & Spa complex is included in the reservation (excluding tent bookings), along with access to the pools, slides, fitness club, and AMAZONIA.
Please note that while guests cannot access their booked rooms until the regular check-in time, the indoor water and spa facilities can be accessed upon arrival (subject to wait times).
Due to maintenance work, Whitewater River is closed 05.05.2025 until 28.05.2025 included. Due to weather conditions, opening may be delayed until 6 June 2025 at the latest. During this time, the water slide tower, jungle splash and water slides in the lagoon are still available to guests.
